Buck *110* refurb?

Tom, you can ask them to give it (the blade) a mirror polish. They may. Or may not. Now you're asking for more than just the spa treatment. That's the level you get from the Custom Shop work. The old knife craftsman knew how to mirror polish 440C. And you're wanting this for all the same low rate... Wow! Your 110 must have laid outside for years and Now you have an interest to have it fixed up even though you got it for free... It could have been easily fixed up years ago. You're maximizing your deal. DM
 
I sent this one in with nicked and hammered bolsters, a stained blade and a broken lock. They brought back to life for $6.95.

 
Knife was never left outside, as far as I know. Thanks for the info on the ebony scales. I was wondering about that.

Think I'll leave the blade satin-y. I sent it off yesterday. Long wait now. I'll update with pictures.
