buck 110 type knife in carbon steel?

Strange, a quick search of the auction site shows every vintage 7OT listed is marked "Schrade+", which indicates stainless.

After further review, I find they are there after all! Not many to be sure, but there. Nice.

The old timer cave bear (that's the 70T right?) was one of my first knives -- still have it. Very strong folder. Easy to find on the big auction website.

How about a Queen Mountain Man? I've got mine with me every day. D2 is a tool steel, but performs pretty similarly to a "carbon" steel.

Yes: if I remember correctly, the 7OT was called the "Cave Bear"; the 6OT was called the "Golden Bear".

i guess ill just keep a good eye out for the 70T

Note that the OT stands for Old Timer, and is a O, and not the number 0. Of course, searching for both won't hurt, but if you only search for 0T, you'll get far less hits.
