Buck 120/110 Cocobolo set

gift for a good friend in england. had to grab another for that price.

Taking all my will power not to order the 110/120 set. I don't need any more 110's or 120's.

I showed them to my son's and they both wanted them. So I ordered for them and I ordered 3 of the stowaway sets for myself and future gifts. Good deals for sure.

I ordered 3 seats of the 120/110.

One for me, one for my 12 year old son, one for my 7 year old son (Christmas! Will be sharp) matching!

I've always wanted a 120. I've never owned one. It has been 30 years since I've purchased a Buck knife. I won a 110 and a small stockman here on BF, and got re-hooked on the classic Buck patterns.

Yes, confirmed legit over a year ago. Where is emw479 anyway. I want to know what's next.

I'm here, sorry it took me so long to notice. I'm glad that so many of you guys have been able to take advantage of this hot price. That's what I hoped for.

As most of you have guessed, I've been clearancing these...to make room for this year's combos. Little bit different flavor this year, maybe less traditional, but they'll still be Buck and Made in the USA.

The Compadre set comes with all three sheaths and the carry all wrap. Just ordered the 110/120 set. Bought the Compadre set a while back. Can't pass up deals like these.

If you get an email from Buck today, don't open it. And don't open the thread I'm about to start.

Dang man. This one just wasn't in the cards for me. My son's birthday is in a couple days and then the Christmas shopping starts. No extra loot for me for a little while. That cocobolo on the 110 looks fantastic with the brass. It has a really warm look to it. Don't have a need for the 120 but I reckon it would have been nice to have. Sad I'm missing out....enjoy em boys :thumbsup:

So I saw this deal on the forum last week, I showed it to a guy at work and he says "yea, but I don't need a fixed blade like that." I say, "yea, neither do I, so what's your point???"

Needless to say, mine was delivered today. Very happy with it, I particularly like the grain pattern in the 110. I picked up the anniversary 119 at Wally world back in July, it was like $47. Last one on the shelf, oddly, the non-anniversary 119's were the same price. That's all I needed to see to make me feel like I was getting a good deal. Holding the 120 in my hand, and looking at the 119, I realized that this 120 is a big freaking knife!!!

Regarding the collect vs. use question, I can't bring myself to use these things of beauty. I like them too much in the condition they are in. I know, I know I have many "users." as well. I guess this explains why I feel just as happy with a quality "user" that I find at the gun show or the flea market, someone else has done the dirty work for me!

Thanks for the heads up , showed my wife the deals and she ordered 2 of the 110/120 sets, 2 of the camp mate sets and one of the compadre sets. Amazing deals. The prices for the individual compadre pieces is real close to 400 dollars and you don't get the carrying case. Not sure if it was mentioned but they all shipped from the buck factory.
