Call or contact Buck about the issue they can prbly actually help you. Youd have to wait for a couple weeks maybe more for the knife to go to them and come back but Id contact Buck CS about the issue first. Buck CS in my experience has been above average. Im thinking it would go through their repair or custom shop to be done properly as possible OR they would get the proper info on how to do it and tell you how to do it yourself if sending it back is not an option. Micarta dust sucks to breathe

I contacted Buck a while back about having them do this mod to my 124 and they wanted no part of it.

I was thinking about having the square handle rounded up. I'm sure I could do it but I just can't get myself to take a piece of sandpaper to such a nice looking knife. Haha!
