Buck 184 with hardness dot how rare?

I have a question for all of you. I have a Buck 184 Pre Pat pending that I just had refurbished at Buck Knives..Joe Houser pointed out that I had a test hardness dot on it(Great guy plus all his staff are first rate)...My question is about how many of the First run of 2600 Buckmaster 184's have a hardness test dot? Does it makes this rare knife even more rare ?

How many hardness marks are on the blade and location.
Any marks on opposite side.

The only knife I have with hardness marks are my 5 Pumas. They have only one dot.
