Unfortunately, Mr. Finn is no longer with us. However, and fortunately, his work, the 186 for example, lives on.

I'm surprised to see a Tom Clancy link to Charles Finn, AKA "Q." Is Wikipedia believable in this instance?

Mickey Finn was an unknown person until Tom Clancy mentioned him in "The Cardinal of the Kremlin". If I remember correctly, Mr. Clancy got the information from a source that was not supposed to be available to the general public. Mickey was very upset by this and tried to find out how the information got out but I don't think he ever got any results from his complaints. He pretty much got out of the black ops business as a result of this.
