Buck 55 owners

Been thinking of getting one of these ( Buck 55 ) . They are just under $40 at Wallymart. ( CDN.) Is it worth it? Does it make a good EDC ? ( It looks like a 110, but is half-size.)

These are very good and useful knives for every day carry. 55's have never disappointed me and will likely outlast you with a little maintenance. I got one for my son last year(he is in to lock blades) on the secondary market for $22. that wasn't new in the box but was never used and he loves his too. :thumbup:

I have one and love it. I don't carry it a ton, because I'm more into carbon steel slipjoints these days, but it makes a superb small/medium EDC.

hiwa, not sure if you've found it or not, but you might try the Buck subforum.
Those guys own everything Buck makes, and you might get some more input.
PLUS its a great place to find out info on any Buck products...
Heck, C.J Buck even drops in once in a while to post.
