Buck Blades and Parts....

By the way, say hello to BCCI Lifetime member # 2315 ...

Congratulations, mQQn. That was a good decision to join in the BCCI.

Welcome to the club.

Best,
Haebbie

P.S.: ITE, do you like to sell some of the parts?

Peter

Thanks Peter, I just get lucky some times... I wish everyone could find parts and nice Buck knives too... I guess living in the San Diego area really helps... Looks like FL and PA have lots of Bucks too... ... ITE

no florida has a lot of buck collectors but very few parts to be found
going to the lakeland show later in feb
then to virigina show i hope tho i may instead fly to org knife show..
can t do them all ...
i tell you the shows are nice to sit and chat with other bcci brothers!
call me some time ite..

If I had those parts, I would make some slender anodized Ti 110 folders with premium, coated Selector blades, pocket clips, and thumb-studs. Putting all the features in one knife is like those multi-function watches and/or smart phones. Then I would post pictures on the Sunday picture show.

Ok Ite, now the first thing you need to do is toss that Schrade (LB7 ?) brass frame! ;)

The long thing with the holes is indeed a butterfly knife handle. Back in the day we ground some blades for them. Nothing stamped Buck though, we just made their blades if I remember right.
This may seem like an odd question but are any of the 110 frames aluminum? Some of the silver ones look like they might be. I have one in the company archives, its story unknown, and when I saw your pics, they look like the one I have.

That's my kind of Buck!

Thanks Joe, for the info... I have a few blades for those butterfly knives... I don't think any of the 110 frames are aluminum... I wasn't that lucky... :( ... But now I have something else to look for... Can you post a picture or a few pictures of the 110 aluminum frame... I would love to see it... It must be real LITE... Do you know how many were made???

Thanks, ITE
