I try to take everything with a grain of salt, but I have to warn my Buck friends of an E seller with the screen name Farmdog 45. This guy sells his Buck knives out of Texas. I guess he was a collector and lost intrest and is selling off his knives. The first time this guy screwed me was when he had a listing for a 120 barrel nut. An hour before the listing was over he pulled the listing. I asked him why he stopped the listing and if he still wanted to sell the knife. His excuse was he lost the knife...
The second time I got screwed was when I bought a one line stamp 120 mint in the box with the sheath and paperwork. Well, after I paid more than I should have the sheath had been replaced with a newer sheath. He wouldn't respond to my inquire. At the same time that went on he had a one liner 103 and a one liner 105 that I won, and paid for. He sends me a message the next day and says that he refunded my money($164 for both knives) because he lost the knives. I was pissed

That is the chance you take listing your knives at auction. He stopped a listing and refunded my money after a listing was complete because he didn't get the money he wanted for his knives. He also listed the knife I over paid for as mint in the box when it wasn't .

STAY AWAY FROM FARMDOG45, he has no integrety and is a horrible business man.:thumbdn::thumbdn::thumbdn:

Thanks......Farmdog is an easy name to remember.

Hope he got the appropriate feedback.

;)

I left poor feed back and reported him to ebay and axplained my story. Esellers like him shouldn't be allowed to sell any longer and I hope all my efforts will stop him in this dog tracks.

Man, I hate that sort of thing. It just takes advantage of my naturally good nature! And it's not limited to just us knife hunters! My wife has had that sort of thing happen alot. I realize you take a chance everytime you log on there, but dang, that just reflects poorly on the honest folks trying to sell on that site. I'm glad you got your money back, that does'nt always happen without a big old hassle. Thanks for the heads-up.....

This stufff must run in threes. I anxiously watched a listing all week only to have it pulled just before the end yesterday.

I contacted Ebay and they said because he refunded y money they couldn't file a claim against him. They did say they would contact him and give him a WARNING and if he continued they would suspend his selling priviliges. They also said they would contact me and notify me of the actions taken. I also saw that his approval rating went down from 100% to 90%. So, Score for me. Fleebay doesn't need any more bad sellers, they have enough...

Ebay ... You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

I really hate such sellers. More so being an out of USA buyer. Some know the items are running at loss, they will cook up stories after stories to void the sale. I won't hesitate to leave them negative feedback. I wonder they will retaliate by giving buyer negative feedbacks.

eBay should do more to protect buyers from such scumbags.
