If Buck responded to you and they stated they understood what you wanted them to do, but they did not give you an answer immediately or follow up with an answer later, the problem is not translation. It is poor customer service. Or it is one employee not performing their job. They should have stated "Yes" or "No" to your request. I would have followed up with additional emails to Buck until I received an answer. I understand this should not be necessary.

Buck did not respond to mail. Or criticism to your website. Criticizes product not put in the opinions of their buyers. Victorinox and kershaw if answered my emails on other occasions to date of manufacture of knives and some parts. Kershaw even answered me in my language. a greeting
