A couple of years or so ago, I had an aquaintance of mine (a cynical sort) looking at a part of my 110 collection. He thought they were cool, but compared them to collecting Barbies, they were pretty much all the same, just dressed different. That observation has stuck in my mind ever since.
Hey Dave,
That could be pretty much said of most collections, not just knives. Don't let it get to ya, Ya gotta have a hobby of some sorts, do what you enjoy.
I understands all a wot 1ten gots ta say but dang if it ain't hard read'n ;-) But hey, how's that song go? "there's one in every crowd" Further more I spect most from Cali ain't used ta hear'n much slang. Although he sounds like a cross up of a whole buncha things.

There aren't many knives that have lasted as long as the 110, and the first ten or twelve years of the 110 are an interesting history of improvement by trial and error.
