This show is well attended and many patrons were not aware Buck produced this many slip-locks in this series. Thanks to Craig and his expertise in this series these folks recieved a healthy education on these knives. Thanks to all these dedicated collectors who take the time to read and study on their models. Tom, even awarded us with knives he had purchased. DM

We had dinner at Andele's Restaurante in Old Mesilla. Serving traditional Mexican food cusine, I think it was a hit. The town dates back to before Las Cruces when Billy the Kidd did time in its jail for a shooting in Silver City. We had a great time. Round 2 tomorrow. DM

Terrific organized display. Well done. It looks like a jackpot for the lucky Buck collectors in attendance. I need close-ups. Yes I do. Thanks you for the report on the show. Are you able to do any shopping there and if you get lucky don't keep it from your friends.

Its turning into a sizeable knife show. Tom and I noticed that at this show there are more knives on tables than guns. I'll try to take more close up photos of Craig's display. DM

Hi David,

We need to hear a few good knife show tails from this weekends event from both Craig and yourself. Also, as PBD said.....more photo's;)
Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the photos David. It was nice to meet you all and check out the collection of 300's. There were quite a few knives out this show and boy, it was awfully crowded in some places:)

Thanks for the info and pics DM, looks like a great time and the BCCI is represented well. Love 300's display. How bout some pics of yours and any other Bucks.

Beautiful photos DM. You are all right. Thank you kindly.

So many terrific knives in one place and get to enjoy them from my desktop. Life is good. Oh yea. Uh huh. Yes.

Fritz, At this show there is a waiting list of persons wanting a table. So, Craig had my table and displayed his 300's. Thanks guys. DM

Dave and Craig,
Great job representing the BCCI!! Any show that features a Craig Heflebower display is sure to be a good one - even if his table is the one and only one in the show. Dave, you were a stand-up guy to give up your table space and allow the show patrons to see some Buck knives many had apparently no knowledge of. Craig, I know you and Pat drove a long way to display. Thanks to both of you for all your efforts. Dave, we need to see you in Atlanta at the Blade Show. You would be amazed at the size and quality of the show.
Larry
