Buck custom shop 110, good gift?

Hello, does anyone of know if they take international orders ? I tried to place an order, but it was not possible to select any foreign country. Morevoer, with s30v steel, is the tip tougher than with 420 ? I love this knife, but in my opînion the tip is really weak.
