Buck customer service- Excellent

Sent in a handful of knives I've been wanting to get worked on/tuned up. Broken tip, worn out blade etc.
Bucks customer service went well beyond what was expected.
With that kind of customer service, it makes you not want to think that there is any other brand out there. (Not that there isn't another just as good or better, but I don't care to look for it.)
