Buck Customer Service

There has been much written in this forum about the quality of Bucks customer service. I just want to add my $.02.
On January 2nd my wife and I stopped at the Buck factory store where I dropped off a 110 to have a BG-42 blade put into it. I received my customized knife yesterday in the mail. WOW! :D :D :D :D
It is so sharp, beyond hair popping sharp, as my blade approached my arm the hair on my arm jumped off before the blade even touched it, (hair jumping sharp?).

The customer service was outstanding! I talked to Tracy several times and she was very concerned that she got my order correct. The customer service was beyond excellent! I am very impressed! Thank you!

Joe (Houser), you should be very proud of your staff! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had from any company. I am a Schrade collector and have only recently started collecting Bucks. I currently have around 10 Bucks (as compared to 250 Schrade products + another 150 or so other brands). I am just getting started with Bucks. :D This wonderful customer service and quality work makes me want to collect more Bucks!

Cool Deal Orvet!!! Dang it all, I wish Buck would have moved to Texas!

Oh well,,,, Tell ya what. I'll trade ya that new Buck for a New Schrade Rhino! :D :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
Ok, Ok, I'll throw in a few Bucks extra. Lessee, I have a couple a425's, maybe a 309 or a 303, ...

Kidding aside, Welcome to Buck knives.
