Buck Date Code Question

Hi, New to the site and collecting Bucks...Cool site!

Can anyone tell me what the date code is on this 110.
Is this one of those early 70's version??? Or is this a "92"?

On the top is a sticky for 110 information.

Hello, Leo......the sticky won't tell you about your knife.

Your knife is a double-dash. It came along about mid-92 as an indicator of a design change.

Nice knife and more rare than most since it was made half a year or less.

Someone will probably want to buy it off you if it's in excellent condition.
