With the great success of our last collaboration, we were excited to work with Buck again on the second version of our Ultimate Hunter. This knife retains the key features of the first which is the drop point, s30v blade. It also still has the pewter inlay and distressed leather sheath. We went a more traditional looking route and kept the standard brass bolsters but went with a walnut handle instead of the previous cherry.

Take a look at this new version and tell me what you think.

A handsome knife. The opposite side not shown,-- is there a nail nick on it? Thanks gents for your offering. DM

Great looking knife! I may end up with one...

If the nail nick is one the pile side, does that make it left handed? 'cause I'm right handed and would hate for it to not work for me...

Hubba Hubba!

Nice looking knife. Really like that blade profile.

I know your right. But I was giving them a chance to discuss their product. DM

Looks good, don't have a drop point but waiting the 830 marksman in s35v reviews... Have to hold an 830 in my hand first though...

That looks really good.

How about an Elmax or S35VN with black ebony scales, next time?

There is not a nail nick with this blade.

Curious where is DLT located?

We are in northern Wisconsin, about 45 minutes north of Green Bay.

We do have a store front as well for anyone in the area or those wanting to make the drive. We're open 8-5 central, Monday through Friday.

Nothing is for sure on the next one, we have to get through these first.

Thanks to everyone else who commented.

Very nice! Would you guys say these are on the level of the custom knife shop 110's or a standard production knife with the custom ordered parts? I say this because my Custom 110 feels so much nicer than the one I bought off the shelf.
