Buck Grand slam 4 knife set with belt buckle box and certificate

Guys, tell me, I recently bought a knife from abroad, and they sent me a certificate in another language. Do I need a translation of the certificate into English? I even found a service with apostille translation https://thewordpoint.com/services/certified/apostille-translation-services just in case, as I am very worried. This is my first purchase from abroad and I have little knowledge.
