Buck Hoodlum anyone?

I do have a leather sheath for my hoodlum, sorry no photos, just about any reliable leather crafter should be able to make a decent sheath for your hoodlum, ask around.....

Well, Stubai, please don't take it too serously. I forged this Wiking sword
several years ago out of a flat spring from a big truck. It is a very strong
slasher but it doesn't have the quality level of the Hoodlum. I am not able
to forge such a good blade that the Hoodlum has. Only the spring steel is great.
After chopping a tree it is as sharp a before. I never had a steel like this before.

The handle of the Hoodlum feels like it was made for my hand... Does anyone know what type of blade coating was used on this knife?

Has anyone Cord wrapped the handle on one of these or have any picture of one that has been?

Here is my personal Hoodlum Special made for me with Karen Hoods permission. This camo matches my Benelli R1 rifle. Both custom
Here it is with my HK Tactical 45

Its a excellent blade. The weight on it doesn't make it the most efficient chopper but it handles it pretty fair. The only down side I have had with the Hoodlum is the point of the blade. I was putting up a deer stand and had to use the opposite hand from the side I carry it on to cut a couple of limbs while I held on with the other hand. Went to put it back in its sheath slipped out of my hands and fell ten feet to the ground. It hit a log right on the tip of the blade and broke it. Buck support was excellent. Sent it back to them. No questions asked they ground the blade back and resharpened it. Now its about a quarter of a inch shorter then what it was. Other then that if its not on my side hunting or in the woods it spent the winter in the tool shed with me buttoning through hefty sized hard wood to keep me warm working. :)

I added a Buck Mayo necker to the factory sheath and am in the process of adding kit to the sheath.
