Buck knife warranty work question

I have a Buck 110 that the lock no longer locks on. It has great sentimental value to ame since it was given to me by my parents in '73 for graduation. The blade is badly worn from much sharpening. I would like to have lock fixed under warranty but also would like blade replaced. Any idea as to cost? Thanks

Ima,

I would recommend that you send the knife in. Make sure you include a note saying that the knife has sentimental value. It is possible that Buck will not have a replacement blade since your knife is older. The repair work should be covered under warrantee since the lock is buggered up.

Hope this helps,

Hey Joe,
Check with Windancer and see if he might have a model that age with the handles in pretty bad shape. You never know what Dave has stockpiled away that he would be willing to trade!
