Look under the Buck forum for the details, but I've never received better service in a short amount of time. Just goes to show you that the old Volkswagen motto is right 'service sells'.--Hats off to Buck Knives

Hey Tangus old buddy, I thought you fell off the edge of the earth(it is flat,isnt it?).

I agree about Buck's service. I sent in my Buck Duke with stag handles because I had sharpened half the blade away and it came back with a new blade and the whole knife had been refinished. And you can talk to Joe Houser or Pete Q right here, unlike other manufacturer's who never visit their own forums.

I'll back that. 5 days in the REGULAR mail for screws to replace the ones I had rounded the heads on (off?) All I had asked for were details to buy my own replacement (being in Canada and all). Instead, Mr. J. Houser sends me replacements and extras... in 5 days!

Truly amazing!
