Buck Knives to keep on hand that can be given away?

The bantam BBW is only 12.99 at smkw, not sure how that equates to Candian. You should be able to find them somewhere that isn't to expensive for you. They aren't as big as the 110 but will get the job done.

I bought some Vantage Selects just for that purpose. Now I have to figure out if any of my acquaintances are worthy.

Chinese Bucks (37X) always make great gifts. I picked up a Buck Paperstone Vantage to gift out. Almost picked up a Woodsman at Walmart for a buddy. The 420HC collaborations looked like great gift knives. Most non knife people that need a knife always warm up to the slipjoints quickly, the one hand openers are just for knife nuts.

I just picked up a Paperstone Vantage Large at a wal-mart outside Toronto for $24.96 and it is sweet, ive been holding off because I thought it was the small one, I was mistaken - 3.25" blade.

Don't forget about the Mini Buck. They are made in the U.S.A.. You could afford quite a few of those to give away.

I look for deals on the 425 Mini Buck and give them to postal carriers, helpful repair people and to friends as stocking stuffers.

I tell them it is American-made of American steel and even the non-knife people seem appreciative.

The Mini may be small but it is all the knife that many people need to get through the day opening packages, etc.
