I had a minor issue with my Mini Buck/Strider Spearpoint and Mr. Rummerfield from Buck Knives very gladly asked me to send it in. Returned in record time completely resolved. I probably could have figured it out on my own, but great customer service took over and this is really an awesome folder. I have no choice but to buy more Buck Knives, likely starting with a Buck/Mayo TNT. Perfect timing right before the Holidays.
