Buck Moderne - just added to the collection

Received the 210 and 212 today. Upto five knives now. Hoping the other two to for auction drop in price when they don't sell

collecting at this point. They need a good sharpening and I just dont have the skills to do it correctly on kitchen knives. I will at some point have them in the kitchen when I get a block and have increased the collection size. I have a Wusthof set that I use for kitchen duty and a couple of them are Precisions and I enjoy the heft to them over the Bucks.
 
My wife won't let me use the paring knife. That is her knife and she protects it. Ha!
 
Well a 215 made its way to my hands today. For anyone looking to start, there is a 214 up for bids at an okay price. I already have one
