Just got a flyer in the mail today that had a limited edition bone handled Buck Powderhorn Knife for sale. Never heard of it. Anyone know what this is?? Picture??
Curt Rogers, the old Cut & Run Cutlery in Ohio I think. He is going out of business and liquidating his inventory. Reason I say "I think" is I already threw the flyer away....
Thank you sgt.strawberry, I found Mr. Rogers number again and he confirmed that it was the Buck toothpick model, blade was etched "California Toothpick". I had never heard that blade style referred to as a Powderhorn. Appreciate your input and welcome to the forums!
This seems like a nice, informative place. As well as collecting toothpicks, I also collect those 'colorful' names I mentioned above, for this Pattern. I've picked up some good regional handles for these in my travels & collecting. Anyone know any other names for the 'powderhorn'?
