Buck Service Department

I think the best part about Buck's warranty repair department is that I haven't had to use it that often. That says something about the company right off the bat. I've only used them once for a vantage with a centering issue...and they fixed it...and it took forever. I'd rather wait a little while and get my issue resolved, so it was worth it. Of course, I shouldn't have had to send in a brand new knife, but whatever. They were friendly when I corresponded with them and they did what I needed them to do. Great company and I'm proud to say I will always support them, even if mistakes happen.

With that said, my CS 110 better be perfect :cool:
 
Took my 889 apart and it has play in the blade pivot hole and SS liner D hole. They are not fixing that.
