Buck Strider 889 vs BM Griptillian - Which one is better?

Is the 889 hollow ground or flat ground?

I've read the entire Tactical Knives article on the 88X series and the grind is not mentioned. Kind of like reviewing a car and not saying how many cylinders the engine has. Good work TK.

Sorry to hijack your thread but at one point I did own a BM550BTOD Griptilian (My best friend lost it at a hippie treehouse hostel in southeast Georgia about 2-3 months ago along with a yellow Streamlight Propolymer Luxeon 4AA flashlight with my last name written on it. If anyone happens to find either one of these items I'll give you a very nice reward.) and I thought it was quite nice being a black-coated flat-ground cutting machine that never let me down (cue wistful look + tear). Anyway it has come time to stop looking under the couch for my lost BM550BTOD (I swear it is under there) and buy a new knife. I want flat-ground since my other EDC knife is hollow ground; which leads us back here: Is the 889 hollow ground or flat ground?
