Hi, I checked many sources. They all support "4.75 flat ground"blade.

Since it's material is VG-10,Rockwell hardness is 59. And the handle is made of thermorun. Buck strider 888: ats-34,hardness 60(paul bos),G-10 handle.
my view: Buck strider 888 outweights Fallkniven S1.

somebody’s waiting for a BG-42 version of Buck-Strider/Solution.
Do you know anything about that?

Hey Bear, I know that. And I know some are already
sold in Japan. Bg-42 is considered to be better than ATS-34. All strider folders are made from it.
And According to Mr.paul bos, ATS-34 and Bg-42 heated by him are all of hardness 60.
And now S30v is supposed to be even better.

BTW:I'm told there's gonna be Buck strider tanto
version sooner or later.
