I just mailed off my Buck/Strider that needed a new blade (USPS Confirmation # 0302 1790 0001 0385 1644). It was already sent in once, so I'm hoping it won't take quite so long this time.

If at all possible, could the repair be expedited as much as possible? Thanks in advance!

Steven,
Did you send it in to my attention? I will look for it in any event and make sure the work is done quickly.
Take care,

Steven,
I checked and we did receive the knife. It was in line to be done. Unfortunately, the line is especially long this time of year but i did pull your knife out and asked that it be done on Monday. Our rework specialist is not here today, Friday.
Hope this helps.

Thanks a bunch! :D

What happened to the blade to require repair? You didn't loan it to Clff, did you? I figure mine is as close to indestructible as any folder I own... and then some!

Nah, it was a poor attempt to re-grind the blade by its previous owner. No failing on the part of Buck or Strider in any way.

Other than a poor sharpening job by a previous owner...

Wouldn't this have all been better served by private emails?

Possibly, but I was a bit upset that I had to send it back again, but Buck fixed the problem fast. This is just the thing this forum is for.

I got the knife today! Thanks Buck! :D

A bit of Tuf-glide and many open/close cycles later, the new blade is broken in great! I'm glad Buck will got out of its way to make its customers happy! :D
