mmmmmm why do I think you are being sarcastic? :foot:

Mav,

My old pal Goose even burned his tongue licking the melted cheese off his blade after slicing the pizza:D . So you see; he's not sarcastic. He was telling the truth. Ok Goose, how many slices of pizza before you have to put on a new edge?

:D ...Yep...and after he noticed the half inch nick next to the burned spot he had to change band-aids every 10 minutes after he done that too...LMFAO... :p He keeps that blade "SHARP"...:D

:D :D ...LOL...I saw that Mike...Couldn't have come up with a more satirical item to put the Buck name on if I tried...I actually burst out laughing when I saw it...:D

ahhh its just that I sent my Buck off on the 15th of last month. Want to make sure that they got it and when I can expect to receive my baby back again.

I hope that you sent it insured.turn around time about 4 weeks .... last time I sent one in about 14 years ago.Maybe different now but not much.

Hello, Maverick4546! Welcome to BladeForums!

Has Joe Houser replied to the e-mail that you sent him? He's the one that will have the information that you seek. It's the beginning of the summer here, when kids are getting out of school for the year, and many families here start taking vacations. If Joe hasn't yet replied to you yet, he might have taken his vacation at this time.

Joe Houser is really good at replying to Buck customers, so, if he hasn't written you back, I'm thinking that he's away from his computer, "for the moment."

I was getting worried....

That knife is like my extra hand.... funny how you come to rely on a knife tho isnt it. But Bucks warranty is superb... guess I was more worried about the UK postal service. Cos the Royal Mail website still says that the item is out for deleivery only... and yet Buck has had it and returned a new one.

I'm glad that you've gotten the service from Buck that we Americans have been spoiled to have, for all of these years. :)

I can't help you with the Royal Mail, but, I think that Buck has done their usual best, which is to keep their customers happy!

LOL...I actually sliced my lip from the blade while licking off the cheese after I sliced the pizza first. I have found that I can dress about a dozen Tombstone Pizzas and maybe 6 thick crust DiGornio before I hit the sticks.

Yeah, how goofy of me...looked like I had a cold sore. It was prob better for peeps to think that than to tell them I cut myself. In the words of Bugs Bunny..."what a maroon!!!!".

Goose.
