Buck Titanium 560

If you want to interchange blades on a 560, you remove the pivot rivet and replace it with a screw set (2-#2X56TPI screws and a 1/8" diameter like-threaded barrel). There is no need to replace all 4 rivets. If you want to add a pocket clip, you can tap the threads right into the Titanium frame. The Buck Store sells thumb studs that attach by means of a set screw.
Buy a brass and wood 110 with a premium blade and swap the parts. The screw set will work on that model too. Alternatively, you can insert a #5X40TPI Helicoil in one side of the handle and pull the pivot together with a #5X40TPI cap screw. The pivot bushing keeps the handles from squeezing the blade.

I have a Buck folder, blade marked 560/, that’s 560 with a / . Brass bolsters and rosewood scales.
Was purchased at 911th Airlift px, near Oakdale, Pa. Around 30 years ago.
Any ideas ?

I guess they used old parts since 110 and 560 are the same size.

I have a 560 with a 110 marked blade.🤭
So things are mixed up it seems.

Buck’s supply of Titanium scales was curtailed suddenly when company that cast them burned down. Buck may have been stuck with a supply of 560 marked blades after the fire. These may have been used for build outs.
