I really like GEC for the unique and classic (unique for today) patterns and the carbon steel, they have great customer service.
I like Case for the classic patterns, but they are limited in good covers in the carbon steel options, they have great customer service.
Buck makes a solid hard use knife.
Queen is pretty sweet. I'd like to see more handle options, but they make a nice knife.
I've not tried CSC, but for the price, I would like a carbon steel option. I might like one of the half moons.
