Buck Warranty/Repair Turnaround Times

Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you who have had to send knives in for warranty/repair recently can tell me about how long it took for you to get your knives back.

I sent my 2018 Forum knife back to Buck on January 4 and they still haven't shipped it back to me (now March 11). I'm trying to figure out if this is typical or if this is an exception to a normally expeditious warranty repair process. Any perspective you can offer would be appreciated.

2 months seems to be on the long side, especially after the holidays. I would give them a call or shoot a quick email, just to make sure it didn't slip through the cracks. I have only sent them in and picked them up, but from what I've read on the forum over the years 2-6 weeks is average.
 
Thanks guys! Everyone has been pleasant and good about communicating. I was just surprised it was so long. In any case, I just got my tracking number so I'll be looking forward to seeing my knife back soon!
