Alright I have been thinking about sending out my Buck Strider 880tx out to get sharpened, cleaned, inspected the work up basically telling them if they find a problem fix it. I am just curious because I have heard sometimes they will send you a new knife and if the knife is discontinued they send you the next closes thing, do i leave a note telling them not to replace it the knife isn't broke I am just worried.

I think there are leagle ramafications if they were to send you back a defective knife.
I would call customer service and find out before I sent it to them.
