Anyone every buy from Buck's "Web Special" page? I ordered the two custom Alpha Hunters from the site.

yes i bought my sirus from there about a year ago. they have some good deals from time to time on it, its good to check it often.

They are free.. That cost is for shipping and handleing

Yes, with the good help of friends on the forum who pointed to a special, I bought the dog a 118 (my favorite).

I got the Web Special Knives today. Both are just absolutely beautiful, but I believe the mirror finish one is the best looking. Here is my collection of Buck Knives. Had none before last week. Sorry for the dark background and poor light.

Both of these web specials are date stamped 2002, along with the 110 pictured above.

Do they have a stamp like the one imafritz shows on his 532? If so, they aren't 2002 date stamps. The anvil also has been and still is used for many Limited Edition's and for knives from the custom shop. If it has an anvil stamp alone, that would be a date stamped one for 2002.

This is a knife from the custom shop made this year with the anvil/custom stamp but it's a 2010 knife.

That will probably depend on who you talk to. I'm sure there will be many and varied opinions.
