Well, it's not an auction.
It's more like a "first come, first served", kind of thing.
Jerry will give us a general time frame ie: "sometime after 7pm Eastern on Tuesday" for which the knives will go up for sale. The prices will be posted a few hours prior. When you get the "GO!!!!!!" post from Jerry, the first person to email him with info stating that they want to buy a certain knife gets it.
You must be quick on the mouse (DSL helps a lot!!!) because it often comes down to minutes, or even seconds between "I'll take it" emails.

These sales in combination with the shows are tough because guys at the show are ruthless. Don't get frustrated though, you'll get one you want soon.

just to give a heads-up to youz that might not knowz any better...
I just received my (Rat Trap) Folder, and it appears to be a great EDC. Don't pass this one up, even if it's not a Busse! When the "real" folder comes out, I'll be sure to grab one up as well, but in the mean time...you can't go wrong! Good Eats um-hummmmm
