Tapatalk is acting up. I had to go to BladeForums the old fashioned way to get the pics to load. That buckeye is beautiful. Nice score ZandersDad.

Sweet deals today. Unfortunately, I have them all already.:grumpy:

I highly recommend the Malla for anyone so inclined. They are sweet!

Holy Moly! Great stuff today, The BAS, Malla, FF, M43, and Balance, would be my picks. Too bad, I've got them all already. Great rigs and super prices!

EMS on the 17 inch 20 ounce Balance Knife by Nabin Rai. Father made the buckeye handle. Beautiful offering at $75. (not 100% sure on what it looks like, but it is an HI knife and has a buckeye handle, and , and and and and and .... I guess I just NEED it!

OH MY now I see the pictures, and WOW, but I think I need the FF also ... EMS sent on that one as well

The Foxy Folly's are breath taking. Just amazingly beautiful, every one I've ever seen.

I'm eyeballing that BAS with the Horn/wood handle. Just eyeballing for now. It's love for sure.
Very thin piggy bank though.

I'm eyeballing the BAS and the Malla. Keep your beady eyes off of my ladies!

LOL...seriously, please have at them, I need to let my piggy bank fatten up a little more. No longer anorexic, but still not a healthy little piggy.

Bhakta still makes a few knives for HI although he doesn't work for them full time.

Both are nice, I think I would have chosen the M43 too.

That combo handle is very cool with the light/dark contrast.

Talk about blessed reassurance! I love that!

I wanted this as a really hard use khuk to replace a hatchet. Pretty darn excited!

Ought to do the trick in fine fashion. You can toss your hatchet.

If the primary use was chopping dead limbs 1/4 - 4", would you guys with experience go with the 16.5 inch 25 ounce Chiruwa Ang Khola or 18 inch 31 ounce M-43?

that balance knife is out of this world friendly to the eyes! the blade itself is immaculate! that perfect curve to 'er thats perfect for wood carving, and the design is incredible. thats just half the fun with the handle the way it is! excellent job on the handle, i don't know how you guys do that! making stuff so professionally perfect looking. And the little knives; Karda and chukka look just as unique. Congrats to the one getting the buckeye balance! same with the rest of these! Foxy Folly and BAS come in second for me, perhaps not in that order either.

Diggin' the nepali script next to the english too.
Also, what does the U.B. mean on the blades?
formalities, I suppose I'm too curious.

Personally, id go with which ever you prefer. at that rate, heavier things chop easier due to major forces. unless you're chopping upside-down.
Both are great knives and you can't go wrong with either one of 'em.

Couldn't resist, if it's still there, It's coming home to me.
