Buckmaster

I just purchased a Buckmaster, like new the question that I have is where can I find the second or bottom pouch, the top pouch has a compass and a red line attached. Also the end cap on this knife is missing the compass, but it is a nice knife

I'm pretty sure that once Buck decided to include a Silva compass in the sheath pouch, they eliminated the compass in the end cap.
