Bud Nealy ...awesome customer service

I sent Bud my EDC Cave Bear that has seen lots of use and wear and tear as it is clipped to my hydra pack on my biking rig....anyway the sheath was breaking...still functional but I thought I would show it to Bud at the Chicago Knife show...He said send it back which I did the following week.

Much to my surprise about 5 days later the knife showed up via UPS...cleaned..sharpened...and a brand new sheath with a entire new carry rig for free....I was very impressed at the customer service and the fact that they took the time to clean and sharpen the blade...something I did not ask for...they just took the time to do anyway..

I just think that Bud Nealy is one of the finest knife makers in the business and his knives are just top notch...

Mr. Nealy was one of the first knifemakers i ever had the pleasure of shaking hand with at my first knife show in NY at the Lexington some 15-20 yrs. ago.
Bud welcomed us to his table and shared his knowledge openly with a smile,
Quite the credit to his Industry IMHO! one fo the best.
