Bud Nealy ?

I could not even interest him in making a customized version of one of his standard models. He said he would have to charge me by the hour.

He may have changed his attitude about custom work since then, but it not, good luck.
 
You may want to email Chuck, but I don't recall Bud ever making a Custom Bali.
