I will possibly be offering a new Budget Series of knives in the future, kind of an entry level knife, but with all the quality you have come to expect from JK Handmade Knives.
I’m thinking of a few basic blade shapes, drop point, clip point, and semi wharncliff.
These will come standard with the same scandivex grind as the Element Series, my same special Ktreet heat treat process, and with a choice of black or tan canvas micarta handles. They will be just about 7” overall (3” blade, 4” handle).
Base price will be $138 shipped, with kydex pocket sheath.

    Available options:
    wood handles $15
    leather belt sheath $20
    colored liners $5
    full height grind $10

Let me know if this is something I should offer, or not.

    sounds fair.
    1/8" stock?
    3/4" or 1" tall?

Looks like I won’t bother with ordering materials for this idea, just not enough interest.

do up a set of protos -- so folks can see what you're talking about and maybe do a passaround or 2 with different blade shapes.
