Thanks for the comments guys.
I got to looking at my photographs this morning and thought that in trying to keep an angle to avoid reflections, my snapshots distorted the tip. It looks blunter than it really is. Here is a new shot straight on that includes a reflection of my roof but not distorted. I try.
