• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Buffing Compund

It depends on the metal you are buffing. Steel needs a different compound than brass, hard vs soft metal. I just bought a bar for brass at Ace Hardware. I don't recall the brand but it shined and took small scratches out of the bolsters on an old Buck knife. I'm not sure brand really matters as long as your choice is made on the material being buffed. Some call it "jewelers rouge"

For edge polishing I like Lee Valley veritas honing compound. Very fast and shines nicely

Anthony I have a few compound bars I'll never use. Send me an email.

Its very difficult to reccomend a buffing compound if we don't know what you are buffing:D

If you're just polishing metal mothers mag and flitz are highly rated. I own mothers mag, cabelas here caries flitz which I want to pick up also.
