buffing g10

Hi: I am working on a knife for a girl. Using pink g10 for handle. my problem is that when I try to buffet it, I get a lot of black strealing in it. Any sugestionswill be appericated LeroyK

Your buffing wheel has to be in a terrible state. That can happen. I just finished two pinks and one very light green. Just use the real fine sizes of sandpaper . Frank
