Bug Out Tool !!!

I came up with this design for a small bug-out tool kinda thing a while back and sent it to John ( JK Knives ) and asked if he had thought of making something similar, he replied back saying he didn't think it would be cost effective to produce even though he liked the design.

Anyway the idea must have been eating away at him because he swiched it up a little and came up with this........

It incorporates a 2" chisel ground cutting edge, prybar, and bottle opener (and yes it works ;)). I`m going to add another hole near the end for cord wrapping. Price would be $50.00 if there is any interest.

I'd still like the lanyard hole from the first design, maybe moved to one of the handle corners so that it can be portable on a keychain. and get it a mini pair of kydex shorts.

He says they would come with a Kydex sheath that you can use as a handle !
 
I've got a convexed, skeletonized version on order for early July delivery. Thanks to Pit for planting the seed. :D

I'll give him an idea, but want the royalties from it! Make the lanyard hole a slot that you can use to shut off the gas main into houses.

You heard it here first! :D
 
I think it's kinda hard to use the nail puller b/c you have to hold the edge. I can imagine some nasty palm cut.( just my opinion )

The kydex sheath will cover the edge. Also will double as a handle to cover the prybar when using the blade.
 
It looks like it would be a cool thing to have. Especially with the sheath being able to double as a handle.
