Bugout Custom Shop Titanium gone?

I was messing around on the Custom Shop today and noticed that the TI scales no longer showed up as an option. Anyone else notice this? Benchmade Benchmade is this temporary? I hope?
 
The steel selection is stripped too. Only options are S90V and S30V. There was damasteel, M4 and 20CV last month. Oh and Benchmade Benchmade add the mini Bugout already!
 
I ordered a Bugout from the custom shop on April 9th and Ti scales were an option, I went with CF scales and a 20CV blade. That 45 business day wait isn't accurate either, it shipped out like 4 days after the order was placed.

I haven't had success attaining the most accurate information via phone. Also, you'll get level 1 support. Reference my first statement. Also, you'll be on hold for at least 25min.

Lastly, I'd venture a guess that unless the Benchmade rep here is involved in the board meetings he probably won't know what's happening or why. I wouldn't expect him to divulge such details, anyways.

Good Luck with that! I have had great success dealing with Benchmade through their website. Phone? Not so much!
 
Benchmade Benchmade I'm still curious, if you have time to answer, as to when we might be able to get the TI scales back in the Bugout customizer. Pretty please? 🤞
 
I have talked to 4 different people there. got 4 different answers with most saying towards the end it will probably be back to what it was but none are for sure.
 
These days most companies have NO way to call anyone in management. Seems companies don't want to hear bad news. BUT here is what has worked with me: TWITTER.

EXAMPLE: The brokerage firm Robinhood screwed me over like a year ago. There was no way to complain to corporate, or even contact them. So I sent them a tweet infoing the SEC. I immediately received a DM with a way to personally talk to them. I also used this with another company, and it worked. The main reason I keep Twitter is for this reason.
 
Guess I’m late to the party but I also noticed that the Griptillian isn’t in the custom shop anymore? That’s a bummer

The regular ones are also out of stock everywhere. Some people are panicking thinking it's being discontinued, but I highly doubt it. The line maybe getting an update, which would be pretty cool.
 
Update could definitely be cool. We’ll see what kind of price that comes at though I guess
 
Looks like they removed dama, 20cv, and M4 from the CR series as well. That’s a shame… I felt the M4 was a hit.
 
Well, I happened down the the Benchmade factory store after work to drop off my new Mini Adams for warranty work and guess what I happened upon. A whole array of custom shop Bugouts for sale in the store in titanium. Did not plan on dropping more money on knives this month, but I couldn't help myself. The fellas at the store said they thought eventually the titanium would be back, but no idea when or if for sure. They said they thought it wasn't supply issues, but issues with streamlining the production. So yeah, no idea, but we'll see. Regardless, I was able to get the configuration I had been hoping for right out of the store, so I'm happy.
