Heres one I just now took against a black background. Denim Micarta, more of a faded grey, rather than a faded blue.

Thanks for the pic. How does the Micarta respond to the rit dye treatment? I have done it with G10 and it was successful.
I will web search it in the meantime. I just wanted to see if you had a personal experience with it. I will check back to see if you still have them.

Never tried it, but I would think it would work just fine.

I have the scales. They were buried in a stack of mail. They are in really good condition.
