Building up a handle

Ok, I have results from the first test. McNett Camo Form works. I think Sleeper was using a different brand, because this brand works and doesn't slip. A single layer of it also builds up the handle just enough. I'll experiment with a few other methods as time and materials allow. I may also be buying a roll of camo form, since I now know it works, and it could prove useful for other purposes. Unfortunately I have to put it back on the knife I had it on before. I have a cheap knife-thing hanging from my doorknob and I've wrapped part of it so it doesn't bang on the door every time I open it.

If there's anything that just drives me nuts it's cheap knife-things banging on my door. I feel your pain.

The mail man banging on the door with a triangle box holding knife things doesn't bother me at all. I rather enjoys that.

It's a five dollar made in China special. Cheap knife-thing is about the only way of describing it. Hmm, CKT... new acronym? But yeah, the CKT is there as a last ditch self defense weapon if the worst should happen and someone is trying to get through my bedroom door and I need a weapon immediately.

And I too love the sound of the mailman leaving a triangle box on my doorstep, though I sure don't mind coming home and seeing one waiting.

And still no luck finding my paracord.

Maybe the mail man took it when he left the last triangle box.

I understood Cheap Knife thing perfectly. Probably in the dictionary right nest to KLO (Khukri Like Object).

600 cuts a day. You either in a mighty rough neighborhood or you open a lot of mail with a very large opener.

I read up and learned how to make them para bracelets everyone is making now days. Already forgot, have to study up again.

I might have to try and learn this handle wrapping business. I like the looks of it.
Lol Bawanna-not 600 hitting-things. It's a more interesting and useful way to rebuild strength and flexibility post tendonitis than the weight-on-a-stick exercise one is supposed to do...

I wish I could take redit for this but i cannot, Get yourself some "athletic tape" from a reputable sporting goods place and have at it. Its what is used on Hockey sticks and has a "grippe surface " and a stickum side like normal tape.. Works Great, is black color and holds fast !
