Bull Frogs !!!

I took my son to a nearby lake yesterday and saw what at first I thought were loads of fish.
When I got right up to the waters edge I realised that they were in fact tadpoles, however these were not the little tadpoles that my mate Rob and I used to catch as kids while wearing our shorts and wellies back in the UK, these were huge !!! As you have probably guessed these were Bullfrog Tadpoles and I just thought I'd share the pics....

We have those back east as well. I saw a bunch of them being chased by a couple pikes last summer.

Iv'e never tried frogs legs, guess one of those suckers would make quite a meal eh !!!!

Frog legs are pretty darn good unfortunately there are a lot of bullfrogs in little wheelchairs.
