Bulldog and Hen & Rooster questions

Jim tells me that the Hen & Rooster knives being made today are made by Klaas and no one else.

I had understood that Klaas was out of business, I was wrong, I cannot remember who told me but they were wrong.

Interesting to know that...a lot of people seem to think that Boker makes the Hen & Roosters due to similarities in the tooling.

Klaas makes Kissing Crane knives which continue to have wide availability, so as far as I know they have been in continuous operation.
